SECTOR 4 exercises a company wide final sale policy. SECTOR 4 items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason except errors made in the production of the item(s). If there is a fault in production you must send an email explaining in detail what the problem is, where and when you bought the piece, and your order number if applicable. You may be asked to provide a digital photo of the problem before we agree to remake your piece. Sale of discounted items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Our normal shipping time is 7-14 days, depending on the country of the recipient. Shipping to countries within Scandinavia is normally faster. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and extra costs associated with package entering the destination country.
 

We ship worldwide using standard post for orders of 15 items or less. For orders of 15 items or more, we ship with an expedited service, such as UPS, FedEx, or similar. For all U.S. orders a signature might be required upon delivery.
 

If your package is returned because the address is incorrect, not found, or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package without additional payment for the cost of resending. Please make sure your address is correct, current, and that there is always someone available to claim the package. SECTOR 4 is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in the mail.
